Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT the Petition dated September 13,
2004 for repair and up -grade of certain road surfaces, being parts of Delevan Crescent,
Frank Street, Third Street and Fourth Street in the Town of Tillsonburg, be received and
referred to the Director of Operations.

NOTE: Councillor Stephenson recommended consideration of a sidewalk on Fourth
Street.

Whole for further consideration and this constitutes the first and second reading thereof.

Seconded by Councillor Patenaude AND RESOLVED THAT monies be taken out of
Reserve to cost share with the Tillsonburg Seniors Centre to retrofit the doors at the
Tillsonburg Seniors Centre with automatic doors.
