"Defeated" No. 7 Moved by Deputy Mayor Smith Seconded by Councillor Renaud AND RESOLVED THAT Council agree with the petition and not install sidewalks at this time in the Whispering Pines Subdivision and that the $9,100 toward sidewalks be put into reserves until such time as direction from staff regarding the proposed use for the funds is brought forward to Council. Resolution No. 9 Moved by Councillor Patenaude Seconded by Councillor Renaud AND RESOLVED THAT Council approve the report dated October 5, 2004 from the Director of Corporate Services, and the Manager of Customer Service regarding the new Customer Service Centre layout. Resolution No. 11 Moved by Councillor Stephenson Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT By -Law 3127 being a by-law to �.• authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a facade improvement loan agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Escapes Salon. Alternative Voting Methods F) FINANCE Presented By: Michael Graves Resolution No. 12 Moved by Councillor Stephenson Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT the staff report dated August 30, 2004 regarding Alternative Voting Methods be received; AND THAT Staff be directed to proceed in principle the Vote by Mail system for 2006; AND THAT $18,000 be budgeted in 2005 and $18,000 be budgeted in 2006 for the election.
