Seconded by Councillor Stephenson AND RESOLVED THAT the Town of Tillsonburg has
considered its needs and has determined that the Town of Tillsonburg Road Rehabilitation
Project is its highest priority and requests funds from COMRIF.

Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT Council approve additional funding as part of the
Superbuild project, as detailed in the material provided by the architect December 20, 2004, not to exceed
$141,000.

this date, be amended for the prior year tax assessment adjustment of $410,000, to be contributed from
