Committee of Adjustment Application - Jacob Klassen (A-02105) D Notice of Public Hearing... notice of public hearing A02.05.0 Resolution > No. 4 Moved by Councillor Renaud Seconded by Councillor Patenaude AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg Committee of Adjustment approve application A-02105 for Nelson Street, subject to the following conditions: 1) The application be amended to eliminate the requested front yard variance and that the requested relief from the required rear yard be increased to reduce the minimum rear yard setback from the required 10.5 m (34.4 ft) to 8.2 m (26.9 ft).
