1. Committee of Adjustment Application - Bamford-Oehm Developments Inc. (A-03/05)
Mr. Michael Graves, Director of Corporate Services, reviewed the subject application and
report of the County of Oxford, as attached.
The applicants were present in support of the application.
No other persons appeared in support of, or opposition to, the subject application.
The following resolution was passed.

Adjustment approve application A-03105 for 80 Bridge Street East, subject to the following
conditions:

within one year of the date of the Committee's decision; and

2) The applicant obtain approval from the Town for the proposed amendment to the
existing approved site plan for the subject property, to the satisfaction of the Town.

marks the 60th anniversary of WE Day - Victory in Europe, when World War II ended in
Europe; and
WHEREAS, Allied Veterans of World War II including comrades from the Tillsonburg
Branch 153 of the Royal Canadian Legion, fought with courage, nobleness and spirit to
defeat the armed might of German forces; and
WHEREAS it is incumbent on current and future generations of Canadians to be further
educated on the history and sacrifice that provided for freedom and our valued democratic
way of life;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and Council of the Town of
�1 Tillsonburg acknowledge and celebrate the 60th anniversary of the end of the war in
Europe and salute with pride the valor of our armed forces who brought us this victory.
AND FURTHER, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to prepare and send letters of
recognition to the Mayor's of the communities of Apeldoorn and Zutphen, the Netherlands,
on the anniversary of this historic event.
