Mrs. Donna Naismith appeared before Council to introduce herself as the recently
appointed Satellite Director of Youth For Christ Tillsonburg, to express appreciation for
the 2005 Grant provided to Youth For Christ, and to offer information with respect to a
14� program for teen moms, which she is also involved with.

May 31, 2005, prepared by the Revenue Manager, regarding a By-law for
Adopting 2005 Budgetary Estimates, and Tax Rates be hereby received;
AND FURTHER THAT By-law 3163, being a by-law to provide for the adoption
of 2005 budgetary estimates and tax rates, and further to provide for penalty and
interest in default of payment, be presented to Council for enactment.
