Mayor Molnar and Councillor Patenaude declared an Interest with respect to Item 2 (By -Law 3176), and
refrained from participating in discussion and action of that item.

Meeting of August 29th, 2005 be adopted.

Presented By: Director of Corporate Services
The Director of Corporate Services reviewed the subject application and County of Oxford
Planning Report, as attached.
The applicant was in attendance.
No other persons in appeared in support of, or opposition to, the subject application.
The following resolution was passed.

Seconded by Councillor Patenaude AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg Committee of
Adjustment approve application A-09105, for 1 Southridge Road, subject to the following
conditions:
1) A building permit for the proposed swimming pool shall be obtained within one year of
/Oft) the date of the Committee's decision; and

2) That the applicants submit a revised lot grading plan to demonstrate that the proposed
development with conform to the Town's grading standards and criteria, to the satisfaction
of the Town.

into Committee of the Whole for the purpose of considering By -Law Number 3176.

Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT Committee do now rise and report
on By -Law Number 3176 as passed in Committee without amendment.

Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT By -Law 3176 to authorize the
acquisition of certain lands
be given third and final reading and the Deputy Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby
authorized to sign the same and place the Corporate seal thereunto.

It was noted that Councillor Stephenson opposed By -Law 3176 at this time.
