Seconded by Councillor Patenaude AND RESOLVED THAT the Agenda as prepared for the Special
Council Meeting of November 21, 2005 be adopted.

PRESENTATIONS
TOWN OF TILLSONBURG CORPORATE STRATEGIC PLAN
The Corporate Strategic Plan was presented to Council. Binders were distributed.

Following presentation, discussion was held.
Any further comments or questions are to to be directed to the appropriate Strategy Leader, with copies to
all Leaders (as detailed in the attached document), as well as Andy Lubinsky.
The following resolution was passed, establishing a date and time for a follow-up meeting.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT the Town of Tillsonburg Corporate Strategic Plan
be received;
AND FURTHER THAT a follow-up meeting be scheduled for December 5, 2005 to further discuss the
Plan.
