• The Director of Finance reviewed the attached report and documents, and opportunity

for questions was given.
• It was confirmed that the proposed amendment to the budget still includes principle
and interest charges on the Special Events Centre.
• Council requested:
• Senior Management to review 2006 training and workshops;
• a refresher in Asset Management;
• the Director of Finance to review Community Partnership Program
Funding to determine if it's overstated;
• the gross cost for additional full-time equivalents in 2006; and
• the estimated long-term debt position for the Town at the end of 2006.
• The date and time of the next budget meeting to be determined.
