Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT $10,000 from the Economic Reserve Fund be put
aside for a physician recruitment program.

Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT Staff be directed in 2007 to find a revenue source,
minimum of $123,000, from the sale of current assets, and this be reflected in the draft budget.

Seconded by Councillor Stephenson AND RESOLVED THAT the salary grid adjustment of $100,000 be
funded out of reserves and the Draft 2007 Budget be amended accordingly.

Seconded by Deputy Mayor Renaud AND RESOLVED THAT direction be given to add $250,000 to the
draft 2007 budget for passive trail use, to be funded from other sources.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT a revenue source of $50,000 through a
fund-raising opportunity be added to Community Services for the IFE for funding replacement as initiated
by Council and Community Services.

Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT $35,000 be drawn down from Reserves to fund
the following in 2007:
D $10,000 for the Tillsonburg Youth Advisory Committee;
D $10,000 for Council Chamber communications enhancements; and
D under Corporate Administration, $15,000 for volunteer support and recognition,
subject to presentation of the business plan.

Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT by Q2 2007 a parking lot be put in adjacent to the
Seniors Complex, beside the proposed Skatepark, subject to report from the Director of Operations.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT staff be directed to bring forward resolution for the
March 26, 2007 Council Meeting, adopting the 2007 Draft Budget, as amended, in the amount of
$10,254,717, to be raised from taxation.
