• Review and discussion of Asset Management continued from the Special Council
Meeting of April 2, 2007.

• The Director of Operations provided additional background information regarding
2007 Capital Resurfacing Funds...

• DIRECTION: The following items were flagged, and further information is to be
provided to Council at the next Asset Management Meeting:
• Air quality improvements at the Fire Hall
• Air quality improvements in the Public Works Building
• Mechanic pit and shop area
• Underfloor heating at the Community Centre
• Mayor Molnar noted that Asset Management projects must be existing items.
•
• Additional information/reports, as indicated above, will be prepared for the next Asset
Management meeting. Mayor Molnar noted that the next time Asset Management
comes forward, there will be a resolution.
•
• The next Asset Management Meeting was scheduled for Monday, April 16, 2007 at
3:00 p.m.
