Director of Operations dated July 13, 2007 be received;

AND FURTHER THAT Permanent Paving Ltd. of Woodstock be awarded the
construction of the Hardy Avenue 25 space parking lot at an estimated cost of $56,300, to
be funded from Reserves;
AND FURTHER THAT Council waive the tendering policy as allowed for in By -Law 3140,
Section 10F.
