Appendix B of Council's decision regarding their respective properties;
AND FURTHER THAT Council authorize Staff to prepare the final version of the By -Law
to return to Council for adoption at the Tillsonburg Town Council meeting on November
26, 2007.

tenders forward to allow a contractor to go onto the sites unserviced by the County
contractor to collect garbage weekly; all costs to be incurred by the County.
This notice to be enacted if Mr. Morris, CAO, is not successful in getting a satisfactory
alternative from his discussion with the County personnel on October 23, 2007.
