2. the County of Oxford be requested to commence a Class Environmental
Assessment in the first quarter of 2008 for wastewater treatment plant upgrades and
additional water supply including consideration of alternate sources of Water;
3. a formal water conservation incentive program be developed by the County
targeted particularly at large water users;
4. the County adopt the previous water allocation program put in place by the Town
of Tillsonburg;
5. the County be requested to carry out the remaining work plan items as early as
possible in 2008 as listed in Attachment No. 3 to Public Works Report D-4 2007-72; and
6. a status report be presented to the Town of Tillsonburg (by the County of Oxford)
prior to April 30, 2008.
