Mr. John Gilvesy appeared in support of the subject application, asking for Council's
approval. Mr. Gilvesy further requested that Council consider amending Condition 1, to
two years, rather than one year, as it may be difficult to finish the last block within the one
year timeframe. It will depend on sales.
No other persons appeared in support of, or opposition to, the subject application.
Discussion was held and Condition 1 of the recommendation amended. The following
resolution was passed.

that these and other revenue opportunities allowed for the City of Toronto be made
available to all municipalities of the Province of Ontario;
AND FURTHER THAT staff and Council encourage all municipalities of the Province of
Ontario to request an amendment to the Municipal Act to allow these revenues as a viable
stream for infrastructure replacement.

agreement marked as Schedule "A " on behalf of the Cofpoi-ation of the
Town of Tillsonbujg at such time as the lease agreement, previously
