Mr. Paul Michiels, Oxford County Planning, reviewed the attached application and County
report.
Mr. Jason Juhasz, County Planner, confirmed that he agreed with the report and
recommendation contained thereon.
Mr. Kim Husted was present, representing the applicant. He noted that he was in full (4"h�
support of the report and was looking forward to support to proceed with the by-law.
No others appeared in support of, or opposition to, the subject application.

Tillsonburg approve the zoning bylaw amendment for an application submitted by Victoria
Wood (Tillsonburg) GP Inc. whereby lands consisting of Block 44 in Registered Plan
41 M-241, in the Town of Tillsonburg, are to be rezoned from Special `Low Density
Residential -Type 3 (R3-3)' with holding provisions (H) to Special `Low Density
Residential Type 3 (R3-9)', to allow for a reduction in minimum lot frontage and minimum
lot area for interior street fronting townhouse dwellings.

29-30 and Block 43 & 44, Registered Plan 41 M-241, in the Town of Tillsonburg, are to be
