Mr. Kevin Page 2 /0011 MINUTES: Meeting for the Committee "Open Council" Bushell, Executive Office Capital Planning Projects and Maintenance, also appeared before Council and commented. Opportunity was given for comments and questions. Discussion was held regarding timing of the project, and necessary approval to proceed. It was noted that February 9th would be the earliest that staff could bring back a report. Mayor Molnar suggested a group of individuals (perhaps 3) meet with the project group to discuss direction for the 9th. Mr. Bossy responded that there is a working committee that would be willing to meet, providing the Thames Valley Board will wait for a decision. Mr. Bushell commented that there is a Capital Plan Coordinating Committee Meeting scheduled for tomorrow, and he will report on what was discussed at the Council Meeting, and report back to the Town as soon as possible. The following resolution was passed.
