Mr. Jason Juhasz, Planner, County of Oxford, appeared before Council and reviewed the
subject application and County Report, as attached.
Ms. Christine Barisdale, was present on behalf of the applicant.
No other persons appeared in support of, or opposition to, the subject application.

Tillsonburg approve in principle the zone change application submitted by Town of

Tillsonburg Non -Profit Housing Corporation, whereby lands described as Lot 459, Part
Lots 460-462, & 464, Plan 500, in the Town of Tillsonburg are rezoned, as detailed in
County of Oxford Report 2009-21;
AND FURTHER THAT Tillsonburg Council advise the Land Division Committee that the
Town supports the proposal to sever the subject property, subject to the conditions
contained in County of Oxford Report 2009-21.

Noting that accuracy of assumptions is critical, Council asked for additional information,
either under separate cover, or leading up to the Public Meeting:
How does Tillsonburg's growth relate to the rest of the County, and also the
Province?

prepared to enter into discussion to finalize an agreement for the design, construction and
