1. Asset Management C9
The Director of Finance introduced the attached material.
It was noted that any items requiring further information will be flagged, and a report
brought back. Items not flagged will stay in, and be adopted by resolution.
Exterior and Interior Security was not flagged, but additional information to be provided.
Discussion was held regarding Participark Deck Replacement. The Director or
Operations to email Council with additional information. The following resolution was
passed.

Seconded by Councillor Rosehart THAT #6 project, on Participark Bridge decking be
yellow flagged to receive a report from staff on cost of options to the type of decking.

Further discussion was held and the following resolution passed.

Seconded by Councillor Stephenson AND RESOLVED THAT the 2009 Asset
Management Plan be adopted in the amount of $2,003,433.
