Mr. Mike Bossy appeared before Council and reviewed background material, and some of
the frequently asked questions, as contained in the attached presentation document.
Opportunity was given for questions and comments.
The following resolution was passed.

Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT the Marketing Plan dated June 11,
2009 from the reliving the legacy "Our Community Field House Project" be received.

Discussion was held and the following resolution was passed.
Resolution

Moved by Deputy Mayor Renaud
Seconded by Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT Report Number CAO 0612009 be
received;
THAT Council approve the Draft Agreement with the Thames Valley District School
Board, as attached, and direct that a By -Law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign
same be brought forward for enactment at the Regular Council Meeting of June 22`x,
2009;
THAT Council recognize the "Reliving the Legacy" Fund Raising Committee as the
designated Fund Raising Committee for this project with all funds raised to be deposited
to the "Community Centre Trust";
AND FURTHER THAT Council appoint Dave Beres as the Town's representative on the
"Reliving the Legacy" Fund Raising Committee.
