Appointment of an Executive Search Firm Report HRcpenreportSEARCHpmg.doc
Moved by: Deputy Mayor Renaud
Seconded by: Councillor Lamb AND RESOLVED THAT the report dated August 14, 2009, from the HR
Committee on the appointment of an Executive Search Firm be received;
AND FURTHER, that the executive search firm, Prime Management Group Inc. be appointed to assist the
Town in the recruitment of a CAO at a cost, including estimated expenses, of up to $35,000.00, to be
funded by reserves.
Discussion took place on the recruitment process and how the funds will be allocated.
