1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
2. Adoption of Agenda

THAT the Agenda as revised for the Tillsonburg Dog Park Advisory Committee
meeting of May 10, 2022, be adopted.

4. Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof
There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest declared.

5. General Business and Reports
5.1. Shelter update – Dave has the shelter in storage and it will be installed when
staff are available to pour concrete and assemble the structure. This is a very
busy time of year and there are some staff shortages, so it is impossible to give
exact date. Committee members are happy to lend a hand if needed. Location
was determined to be in large dog section on higher ground, East side.
5.2. Wayfinding signage update – new signs have been installed on town streets
already, the next step will be directional signage within the Memorial Park area,
including sign for the Dog Park. Proposed mock ups will be shared with the
committee.
5.3. Mowing Contract award– has been awarded to a new contractor from Delhi,
going well so far.
5.4. Irrigation system update – the quotes for this were due yesterday and it will be
awarded right away. Water will be turned on around the long weekend.
6. Next Meeting
June 14, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., Dog Park/Council Chambers – weather dependent.
