County Council that it is in favour of an application for Official Plan amendment
for the property of Latos Holdings Ltd. and Latos Contracting Ltd. located on the
north-west corner of Maple Lane and Concession Street East, being part of Lots
382 and 384 and all of Lot 383, Plan 500, in the Town of Tillsonburg, to permit
medium density residential development for the establishment of two apartment
buildings, a total of 40 units, subject to a change in the zoning of the lands
directly to the north of this proposed development from General Industrial M2 to
Restricted Industrial with special provisions (Ml -Special).

Mr. Ken Whiteford, County Planning Commissioner and Andrea Dalrymple, County Planner
appeared before Council to present a report with respect to an Official Plan change and
zone change and consent of Steve Cus Construction with respect to property at the north-west
corner of Concession Street at Maple Lane. The report recommended that Council support
an Official Plan amendment for a total of 40 apartment units.
