Absent with Regrets: Euclid Benoit, Jeff Dean, Valerie Durston, Mayor Molnar. Also Present: Carlos Reyes, Director of Operations and Development Richard Sparham, Manager of Public Works Eric Duffy, Airport Manager Tracy Hird, Public Works Co-ordinator 1) Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 5:36 p.m. Chair declared that there is a quorum for this meeting. 2) Adoption of Agenda Resolution #1 Moved by: Dan Cameron Seconded by: Jeff Miller THAT the Agenda as prepared for the, April 21st, 2022 meeting be adopted. Carried 3) Minutes of the Previous Meeting Resolution #2 Moved by: Dan Cameron Page 2 of 3   Seconded by: Councillor Gilvesy THAT the Minutes of the Tillsonburg Airport Advisory Committee meeting dated March 31st, 2022 be approved. Carried 4) Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof There were no disclosures of pecuniary interest declared. 5) General Business and Reports a) Hangar Updates – Staff  Applications are proceeding accordingly. Approvals are going smoothly. b) Master Plan Update – Staff i) Update on Hydro Supply  Staff still waiting on information. They will update the committee on how much capacity is available for the hangars in the queue. ii) Taxiway Construction Update  Staff advised that asphalt will commence May 16th. Committee has requested an update regarding the drainage issues related to the asphalt application. Staff encourages tenants to send any/all issues that may arise to the Airport Manager so that they can be resolved in a timely manner. iii) Airport Fence and Gate Installation  Staff will be meeting with the Contractor and Engineers. They will be waiting for all Contractors and equipment to be removed from the site before the installation commences. Weather may implicate a delay but there are no other issues. iv) RATI Funding Update  RATI funding as all been spent. There is no money for the apron. Councillor Gilvesy recommended that the condition of the apron be discussed in the near future before the next budget.  Four (4) security cameras will be installed in the following areas; - Facing the fuel pumps - Wide angle that gives a complete view of the taxiway - Front of building - Cantilever Gate Page 3 of 3   A committee member asked if there could be more light supplied at the fuel pumps as it is very dim and hard to see. Staff will address the issue. v) End of Runway Trees – Staff  Staff is meeting with Jeff Miller next week. A plan is being put in place. They want to make sure the stumps are handled properly. There is no update on the non-Town property trees. c. Safety Spreadsheet – Staff  Inspection Data Studio Reports were shared with the committee. d. Fuel Sales and Airport Movement - Staff  Fuel sale totals and an airport movement spreadsheet was shared. Going forward the data will be provided with the agenda. 6) Other Business  Staff now have access to the Tillsonburg Airport website. They will keep it updated.    In the future (3 to 4 months) staff would like to implement a development map for the Airport to provide more information to the public.    Town staff will remove the old legacy Harvard sign when they install the new sign. 7) Next Meeting May 26th, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. 8) Adjournment Resolution #3 Moved by: Councillor Gilvesy Seconded by: Jeff Miller THAT the April 21st, 2022, Tillsonburg Airport Advisory Committee meeting be adjourned at 6:12 p.m. Carried
