2022-020 To appoint Directors to the BIA Board To amend By-Law 4260THE CORPORA TION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG
BY-LAW NUMBER 2022-020
A by-law to amend By-Law 4260 to appoint Directors to the Board of Management of
the Tillsonburg Business Improvement Area (BIA), hereby established by The
Corporation of The Town of Tillsonburg.
WHERAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to amend By-Law 4260.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
as follows;
1.THAT By-Law 4260 be amended to include Ben Cressman, Mike Bossy and Emily
Birtwell as a members of the Downtown Tillsonburg BIA Board of Management;
2.AND THAT By-Law 4260 be amended to remove Ann Hicks as a member of the
Downtown Tillsonburg BIA Board of Management;
3.THAT This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
