A BY-LAW to repeal By-Law 3883 that authorized a hangar land lease agreement for
Taxiway C1 Lot 9 between the Town of Tillson burg and Danny Richer.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg gave authorization to
execute a lease termination agreement for Taxiway C 1 Lot 9 with Danny Richer and to
repeal By-Law 3883 at the Council meeting held on November 14, 2022;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg deems it is
necessary and expedient to repeal By-Law 3883 that authorized a hangar land lease
agreement for Taxiway C1 Lot 9 with Danny Richer;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That By-Law 3883 that authorized a hangar land lease agreement for Taxiway C1
Lot 9 with Danny Richer is hereby repealed in its entirety.
2. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
