A BY-LAW to repeal By-Law 2022-067 that appointed an acting clerk for the Town of
Tillson burg.
WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it is
necessary and expedient to repeal By-Law 2022-067 that appointed an acting clerk for the
Town of Tillsonburg;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That By-Law 2022-067 that appointed Kyle Pratt as acting clerk for the Town of
Tillsonburg is hereby repealed in its entirety.
2. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
