A BY-LAW to authorize agreement extensions for the purpose of receiving funds
from the Municipal Modernization Program Intake 3.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into
agreement extensions for the purpose of receiving funds from the Municipal
Modernization Program Intake 3.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the Joint Fire Service Modernization Program Project, the Municipal
Management Intern Project, the Automated Business Directory Application
Implementation Project, and the Waste Management Service Delivery Solutions
Project extension agreements attached hereto as Schedule A forms part of this
By-Law;
2. That the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the extension
agreements attached hereto as Schedule A on behalf of the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg;
3. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
