A BY-LAW to enter into an airport hangar land lease with Donald Hersey for
Taxiway G1 Lot 7.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an
airport hangar lease agreement with Donald Hersey for Taxiway G1 Lot 7 at the
Tillsonburg Regional Airport;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the lease agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. The Mayor and the Chief Administrative Officer are authorized and directed to
execute the attached lease agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town
of Tillsonburg;
3. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
