BY-LAW 2023-033
A BY-LAW to amend By-Law 2020-091 being a by-law to adopt and maintain a
policy with respect to the delegation of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg's powers and duties.
WHEREAS paragraph 270(1)6 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 provides
that a municipality shall adopt and maintain a policy with respect to the delegation of its
powers and duties;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to amend By-Law 2020-091;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That By-Law 2020-091 section 9 be amended to add the following:
Permanent patio requests on private property
Clerk, or designate, to respond to AGCO Municipal Approval requirements,
ensuring support from the Town's Fire and Rescue Service, Health, Planning and
Building have been received.
2. That these amendments to By-Law 2020-091 are hereby declared to be part of
that by-law as if written therein.
3. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
