1. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 12:01 p.m.
2. Adoption of Agenda
Moved By: Councillor Parsons
Seconded By: Councillor Luciani
THAT the Agenda as prepared for the Special Council meeting of June 27, 2023
be approved.

4. Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof
Deputy Mayor Beres noted a potential conflict may occur for him as it relates to
board appointment. Should his name be included, his conflict would stand and
he would not participate at that point within the Annual General Meeting of the
Shareholders of Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. (THI).
5. Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. Annual Meeting
Moved By: Deputy Mayor Beres
Seconded By: Councillor Parsons
THAT Council move into the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholder of
Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. at 12:01 p.m.

6. Motions/Notice of Motions
None.
7. Confirm Proceedings By-law
At 1:15pm, Council returned after the AGM meeting. Councillor Parker had left
the meeting during the AGM and was not present at the time of the vote or
adjournment.

Seconded By: Councillor Luciani
THAT By-law 2023-058, to confirm the proceedings of the Special Council
Meeting held on June 27, 2023, be read for a first, second, third and final reading
and that the Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same,
and place the corporate seal thereunto.
