BY-LAW 2023-068
A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement of purchase and sale with Daniel Kimura in
Trust for the property described as part of Block 3,Plan 41M-381 and more
specifically described as Parts 20,21 and 22 on Plan 41R-10330.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an agreement of
purchase and sale for lands described part of Block 3,Plan 41M-381.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
That the authorization is hereby given for the sale of those lands described as
Block 3,Plan 41 M-381 and more specifically described as Parts 20.21 and 22
on Plan 41R-10330,subject to those terms and provisions outlined within the
offer of purchase and sale as attached hereto as Schedule A;and
That the agreement of purchase and sale attached hereto as Schedule A forms
part of this By-Law;and
That the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the agreement of
purchase and sale attached hereto as Schedule A on behalf of the Corporation of
the Town of Tillsonburg and to execute any documents required to effect a
transfer of the property,described as Block 3,Plan 41 M-381 and more
specifically described as Parts 20,21 and 22 on Plan 41 R-10330;and
That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
