BY-LAW 2023-095
A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement for the Tillsonburg Community Garden with
the Multi-Service Centre.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg Is desirous of entering Into a waste management
agreement with the County of Oxford;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1.THAT the Tillsonburg Community Garden agreement attached hereto as
Schedule A forms part of this By-Law;
2.That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13th day of NOVEMBER,2023.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 13th day of NOVEMBER,
2023.
